I am a former Marine Corps officer and I am currently a Chief of Police; I am putting together a course on leadership and I am looking for a Marine Corps manual on leadership. I thought that there was such a manual when I attended The Basic School years ago. I would appreciate it if someone could hook me up with information on how to obtain the manual, if there is such a thing.

Yes Sir, you are correct. There is a manual on LEADERSHIP. The book that you are looking for is “The Handbook For Marine NCOs” by Lt. Col. Kenneth W. Estes USMC.
You want LEADERSHIP, look to your NCOs, Marine.
