For the week of Veteran's day, I want my students to spend an afternoon writing letters to the men and women overseas. I thought it would be really amazing if we could get one or two Marines to come in uniform to visit the school and help kids decorate and write their letters. Is there someone I can contact regarding this idea, or is there a process I have to go to? Or can I ask any Marine I know to just drop by the class in uniform?
